Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns under any circumstance of sale items, items with special discounts, Black Friday deals, or items sold during the semi-annual sale.

 The Woman Doctor will graciously exchange an item if the item you purchased is defective. Returns for defective items will only be accepted seven days after delivery of the item. Upon receipt of the returned product, the item will be thoroughly examined, and you will be notified via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement due to the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product if it is in stock. A store credit will be issued if the returned item is not in stock. The store credit must be redeemed within 30 days. 

SHIPPING

All orders ship within 7-14 business days. Please confirm your shipping address before order submission to prevent delays or loss. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout, and no modifications to sizing or shipping address can be made after you submit your order under any circumstance.

The Woman Doctor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unpredictable weather, natural disasters, or general delays on the part of the corporate UPS or USPS system.

The woman Doctor is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments or packages.

The Woman Doctor only ships within the U.S.

PRICING

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. International currencies are converted automatically at checkout.

 SALES TAX

The Woman Doctor is required to charge sales tax on all orders.
